No Surprises Act

  • Learn about your rights and protections against surprise medical bills via the No Surprises Act.

Charity Care / Financial Assistance

If you have little or no health insurance to pay for the services you receive, we may be able to help. Good Shepherd Rehabilitation provides charity care to some patients based on income, assets and financial needs. If you are not eligible for charity care, we will arrange an interest-free payment plan to resolve any balances you may owe.

Personal Health Record

Many healthcare organizations and agencies, including the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), encourage consumers to take control of their health by developing a Personal Health Record. Visit CMS for more information.
