Our specialized team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists and physical therapists are experienced and passionate about designing custom autism services for children, adolescents and adults:

• DIR/Floortime, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other therapeutic interventions

Specialized Equipment, Therapy & Wellness Offerings

Our team utilizes a number of technologies, pieces of equipment and wellness approaches along the way, depending on your specific needs:

• Assistive technology, including 3D printing
• Augmentative and alternative communication devices (AAC)
• Interactive Metronome
• Motor coordination
• Learn to Swim Program
• Music therapy
• Art therapy
• Movement programs, such as karate and yoga
• Social skills, including special “Neuro Nest” club memberships for young adults (depends on location)

While we specialize in autism services, Good Shepherd for decades also has provided services and programs designed specifically for people diagnosed with ADHD, Down syndrome, traumatic brain injury and other neurodivergent diagnoses. Contact us to learn how we can help you or your family member.

Autism and Neurodevelopmental Wellness Center

Good Shepherd provides therapeutic autism services (i.e., occupational therapy, speech therapy and physical therapy) at a number of locations throughout eastern Pennsylvania. In addition to those therapeutic services, we will be opening a special Autism and Neurodevelopmental Wellness Center in Allentown in Fall 2026 to provide wellness and enrichment, family support and community/belonging services and programs that can supplement your therapeutic services.
