Gala in the Garden

The Gala in the Garden is a must-attend annual event in the Lehigh Valley. This elegant, black-tie-optional celebration in the gardens of our South Allentown Campus benefits children and families served by the inpatient pediatric rehabilitation programs at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital Emily Howatt Pliskatt Pediatric Unit in Bethlehem, Pa.

2025 Gala: A Look Back

The 2025 edition took place on Saturday, June 7, 2025, in a climate-controlled tent outside of Good Shepherd’s Hyland Center for Health & Technology, 850 S. 5th St., Allentown, PA 18103. The elegant, energizing evening, with black-tie-optional attire and fun footwear, raised $178,000 in support of inpatient pediatrics.

The evening featured a cocktail hour, dinner, dessert and live music/dancing, as well as a silent auction, and a wine and premium spirit cork pull.

Each year, Good Shepherd honors a family who received care at the Pediatric Unit.
