Fleming Center supports robotics in rehabilitation, including Wandercraft (VIDEO)

Through our Fleming Center for Robotics in Rehabilitation, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation tests and adds the most advanced technologies that help patients achieve their goals.

Wandercraft’s Atalante X exoskeleton is one of those technologies: a hands-free device used daily at Good Shepherd for people with spinal cord injury, stroke or brain injury.

Good Shepherd became the first clinical site to utilize Atalante X in a rehabilitation setting several years ago and the steps keep coming. In fact, patients have taken more than 500,000 steps and counting in the device.
