Patrick Sebastian, MBA

Patrick Sebastian has more than 20 years of financial leadership experience within the health-care industry, with expertise spanning health-care financial management, analytics, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement.

Prior to joining Good Shepherd Rehabilitation, he served as the financial executive at Paoli Hospital and, before that, Riddle Hospital — both part of Main Line Health (MLH). Prior to MLH, Patrick served as director of decision support and budget for Tower Health System/Reading Hospital, where he played a key role in financial strategy and operational efficiency. 

Patrick holds an MBA from Alvernia University and a BS in Finance from Penn State University. He is Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certified and is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
