RN Float Pool
- 12-Hour Night Shift (7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.)
- $10/Hour Float Pool Differential
- Shift Differential: Additional 12% for nights
- Weekend & Holiday Rotation: One weekend every three weeks and every other holiday
- Minimum 10-Week Orientation
- Clinical Ladder Program
- ACLS within 6 Months of Employment
- PALS within 6 Months of Employment
CNA Float Pool
- 8-Hour or 12-Hour Shifts: 3 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.; 11 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.; or 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
- $5/Hour Float Pool Differential
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for a 1-year commitment or $20,000 for a 2-year commitment
- Starting Rate: $22/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differential: Additional 10% for evenings and 12% for nights
- Weekend & Holiday Rotation: Every other weekend and every other holiday
