Good Shepherd Conducts Health Needs Assessment for People Identifying as Neurodivergent, Families and Providers

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation — in partnership with Lehigh University — is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to better understand the needs of adults and children with autism and other neurodivergent conditions in the greater Lehigh Valley. Understanding these needs will help Good Shepherd to develop and improve the treatments and services we provide in our region. 

As part of our CHNA efforts, we have developed a survey to be completed by:

• People who identify as neurodivergent
• Families and caregivers of neurodivergent individuals
• Clinical and service providers providing services to the neurodivergent community

Please share the survey with any appropriate individuals or organizations to provide feedback. The survey is anonymous and will remain open until June 30, 2025.
