Robin A. Fritsch oversees Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital (adult inpatient rehabilitation), Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital Pediatric Unit (inpatient pediatric rehabilitation) and Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital (long-term acute care hospital or LTACH).
A social worker by training, Robin has more than 20 years in health-care operations, with tangible success in delivering person-centered care and continuously enhancing quality and patient experience. Her extensive background includes financial management, physician relations and program development.
Prior to Good Shepherd, Robin led Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Salisbury, Md., where she served as Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for overall operations of the 74-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
Robin also was Administrator of Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities for Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). At LVHN, she was responsible for five inpatient rehabilitation units.
Robin holds a Master’s degree in social work from Marywood University and a bachelor of arts in social work from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
