Vice President, Outpatient Services

Karen Long oversees all outpatient rehabilitation services, as well as contracts for providing outpatient services at a variety of assisted living facilities in the region.

A practicing clinician since 1989, Karen previously served as Administrative Director, Outpatient Satellites, a role where she proved to be a strong, innovative and forward-thinking leader. Prior to assuming that role in 2015, Karen served as the regional manager, overseeing facilities in Blandon, East Greenville, Hamburg, North Bethlehem and Bethlehem. Karen has been a practicing clinician since 1989.

Karen received her Master’s and bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cedar Crest College and an associate’s degree in physical therapy from Alvernia College.
