Cindy Buchman is responsible for Good Shepherd Rehabilitation’s growth planning and analytics, as well as oversight of supply chain, facilities, maintenance and contract services. Additionally, Cindy She leads operational oversight of two long-term care facilities (99-bed Good Shepherd Home – Raker Center and 60-bed Good Shepherd Home – Bethlehem) and Good Shepherd Physician Group.

Cindy led the planning and construction of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital in Center Valley, which opened its doors to care for inpatient rehabilitation patients on July 31, 2023.

Prior to Good Shepherd Rehabilitation, Cindy assumed roles of increasing operational responsibility with Community Health Systems (Easton Hospital) as well as Health Management Associates.

Cindy earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in health administration from the University of Scranton.

In 2023, Cindy received the 2023 ACHE Lee/Haney Award.
