Fall Risk Screening Clinic

Are you at risk for a fall?

The experts at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation – Slate Belt in Bangor are hosting a free fall risk screening clinic to help determine your fall risk and what you can do about it. The clinic will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Our team will perform screenings and offer professional guidance to identify and decrease your risk factors – helping you maintain an active, healthy and safe lifestyle.

Additional information on fall prevention will be available and our team can answer any questions.
