Chronic and Back Pain + Fall Prevention Screening Event

Join Good Shepherd Rehabilitation experts, Dr. Vivan Shah and the Center Valley Outpatient Therapy team, on Oct. 17 for free chronic pain, back pain and fall-prevention screenings, sponsored by Capital Blue Cross.
