Join us at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, October 24, 2026, for a special Miniature Golf Tournament Fundraiser at Putt U, with proceeds benefitting Good Shepherd Rehabilitation’s Amputee Support Group.
Tickets are required to participate in the tournament, which will feature trophies, medals, drawings, raffles and a hole-in-one cash prize, as well as a picnic lunch and ice cream.
Entry fees are $25 for adults and $22 for children. Fill out the form below to secure your tickets or if you’d like to simply donate to the cause.
