Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s

January 12, 2022

Good Shepherd’s certified Rock Steady Boxing coaches lead a one-of-its-kind, non-contact exercise program in the Lehigh Valley that attacks Parkinson’s disease at its vulnerable neurological points.

Rock Steady Boxing classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson’s, can lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier and happier life.

No boxing experience is necessary. We invite people of all ages and varying degrees of Parkinson’s/fitness levels to participate. (NOTE: A physician’s referral stating you are healthy to participate is required.)

Our team leads classes that include speed/heavy bags, jump ropes, gloves and focus mitts. Learn more about the program.
