CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — Robin A. Fritsch, MSW, has joined Good Shepherd Rehabilitation as Vice President for Inpatient Rehabilitation Services and Administrator of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital. In this role, Fritsch oversees the 76-bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Center Valley and Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital Emily Howatt Pliskatt Pediatric Unit, a 20-bed inpatient hospital in Bethlehem, Pa., for children.
A social worker by training, Robin comes to Good Shepherd with more than 20 years in health-care operations, with tangible success in delivering patient-centered care and continuously enhancing quality and patient experience. Her extensive background includes financial management, physician relations and program development.
Immediately prior to joining Good Shepherd, Fritsch led Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Salisbury, Md., where she served as Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for overall operations of the 74-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
Prior to Encompass, Fritsch was Administrator of Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities for Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). At LVHN, she was responsible for five inpatient rehabilitation units.
Fritsch holds a Master’s degree in social work from Marywood University and a bachelor of arts in social work from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
