Pottsville Area Physical Therapy Joins Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital

Allentown, PA – Pottsville Area Physical Therapy (PTS), A Service of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital, celebrated joining Good Shepherd during a ribbon cutting ceremony and wellness event on April 5. The public was invited to attend and participate in several free health screenings during the event.

John Kristel, MBA, MPT, Good Shepherd President and CEO, and several other Good Shepherd senior leaders, joined former PTS owners Joseph Halko, PT, and Philip Malloy, PT, DPT, in welcoming guests. Halko and Malloy will continue to manage the site.

The site is located at 2655 Woodglen Road, Pottsville, PA, and is one of more than 60 facilities in nine Pennsylvania counties operated by Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network. The Pottsville site is Good Shepherd’s first location in Schuylkill County.
