ALLENTOWN, PA — Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network recently recognized nearly 20 therapists and therapy assistants as new inductees into the ROSE (Recognition of Service Excellence) Program.

The program, designed to recognize achievement, promote continual learning and advance the practice of the therapy disciplines throughout the organization, is available to all physical, occupational and recreational therapists, physical and occupational therapy assistants and speech-language pathologists. This year’s recipients hail from both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings, as well as adult and pediatrics.

The ROSE Program provides a framework for Good Shepherd’s therapy Associates to continually expand their expertise, passion and knowledge and to develop new, innovative programs. Participation in the ROSE Program is voluntary and provides Associates with an opportunity to share their achievements, specialized training/certifications and goals.

The highlight of the application is a presentation to the program’s selection committee, where applicants share a performance improvement project opportunity or accomplishments and achievements from the past year. Good Shepherd plans to celebrate honorees from both 2021 and 2020 in May.
