Good Shepherd is proud to offer post-professional residency and fellowship programs for physical and occupational therapists to advance their careers. Good Shepherd also provides opportunities to observe, shadow and intern for clinical and non-clinical students.

Good Shepherd’s programs are designed to help rehabilitation professionals become innovative clinical experts by providing high-quality learning opportunities with a strong focus on collaboration, mentorship and maximizing patient outcomes.

Student Programs

Students who want to elevate their skills and leadership or gain experience and exposure to the field of rehabilitation will find Good Shepherd a welcoming partner with exciting, high-level educational opportunities. 

Good Shepherd offers high school and college students credit and non-credit observation and clinical student affiliations in the adult and pediatric inpatient and outpatient settings, and the long-term care setting. Good Shepherd’s Student Program provides pre-professional and professional experiences in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, recreational therapy, respiratory therapy, care management (social work) and exercise physiology.
