Mary G. Brownsberger, Psy.D., ABPP, Joins Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network

Mary G. Brownsberger, Psy.D., ABPP, has joined Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network as director of Psychology. Dr. Brownsberger specializes in rehabilitation neuropsychology for adults living with disabilities, including spinal cord and brain injuries. She sees patients at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital, 850 South 5th Street, Allentown, and Good Shepherd Physical Therapy – Souderton, 4036 Bethlehem Pike, Telford.

Dr. Brownsberger earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. She received her doctorate degree in clinical psychology with a rehabilitation/neuropsychology concentration from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Brownsberger completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Bancroft NeuroRehab in Mt.Laurel, New Jersey and pre-doctoral internship at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, New York, New York. Additionally, she achieved clinical externships at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and LaSalle Community Center for Counseling & Psychological Services, both in Philadelphia, and Doylestown Hospital and Lenape Valley Foundation, both in Doylestown. Prior to joining Good Shepherd, she worked as a neuropsychologist for Bancroft NeuroRehab.

Dr. Brownsberger is board certified in rehabilitation psychology and serves as a past president of the American Psychological Association, Division of Rehabilitation Psychology.
