Reserve a Meeting Room
The conference room in Good Shepherd’s Health & Technology Center, 850 South Fifth Street, Allentown, is available for use by appropriate non-profit, church or civic groups.
To reserve the conference room for your group, download and complete the reservation application and fax it to Joann Frey at 610-776-8326. You will then be notified regarding room availability and the status of your reservation.
Location:
Main level of the Good Shepherd Health & Technology Center, 850 S. Fifth Street, Allentown
Availability:
The meeting room may be reserved for weekdays from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Weekday times may also be available on certain days. (NOTE: Good Shepherd reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time due to needs of its patients, clients or residents, and will attempt to provide at least 24-hours notice to reserving party. Good Shepherd does not assume responsibility for any costs incurred due to cancellation.)
Seating and space:
The 930-square-foot room can seat 60 people in conference format. Tables (5’x 8’) are available.
Audio/Visual:
The room is equipped with an overhead projection system that has a jack for laptop access, a podium computer with DVD/CD/VHS capacity, overhead projector and room amplification. USB capability is not available. All A/V equipment that will be loaded onto podium computer must first be inspected by Good Shepherd. Training in the operation of the A/V equipment may be required prior to the scheduled meeting time.
Amenities:
Accessible restrooms and coat racks are located immediately outside the meeting room; various lighting options are available; a free parking deck with pedestrian bridge access is available
Catering:
Food and beverage services may be provided by American Café (610-778-9395).
