I specialize in working with patients who have suffered or are suffering from a neurological disease, such as a traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, spinal cord injury (SCI), Parkinson's disease, etc.

What motivates you?
Seeing my patients’ progress! I love to see the changes they make during therapy.

What attracted you to a career in healthcare?
I grew up in a healthcare household, as my mother was a nurse. I first worked as a nursing assistant. I was able to work with physical therapists and realized then that it was what I wanted to do.

Why do you choose to work at Good Shepherd?
I wanted to work at a place that provides the best quality of care for patients. I also wanted to work with a staff that is motivated to provide the best quality of care.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of Good Shepherd?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

What does “Beyond Limits Rehab” mean to you?
It means that I push our patients to not focus on only their condition, but to do whatever we need to do together to allow them reach their goals and regain their independence.
