Mindfulness Approach to Managing Multiple Sclerosis

Good Shepherd is here to help people with Multiple Sclerosis steer the mind away from anxiety and stress and toward a more relaxed state.

The Mindfulness Approach to Managing Multiple Sclerosis program will focus on using relaxation techniques to improve well-being and resiliency for those who suffer from multiple sclerosis (MS). Classes will incorporate mindfulness techniques, breath work and active relaxation as well as gentle movement exercises. 

Mondays from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. beginning September 28.
