Pediatric Support Groups

For children with a disease, injury or disability or families members affected by those conditions, Good Shepherd Pediatrics offers a support group that can help you cope with your situation and learn from others who share your experiences.

  • Brain Injury Support Group for Teens – For teenagers (13-18) who have experienced a traumatic brain injury (TBI)
  • Pediatric Communication Skills Groups – For children who have completed a speech therapy program to maintain skills acquired in therapy
  • Parent Support Group – For parents of children with special medical or complex needs, including congenital disorders, chronic illness, spina bifida, muscular dystrophy, development delays or disabilities and traumatic injury

Good Shepherd also offers support groups for patients that may no longer be of pediatric age. Visit our support group listing for adults for more information.
