Wound Care

Good Shepherd's Wound Care Program provides specialized care for the treatment of wound conditions which are not complex enough to warrant inpatient wound care or wounds which have healed to the point that the patient may return home. Treatment focuses on wound risk assessment, wound prevention, and wound treatment, with an emphasis on helping each patient enhance his or her ability to manage acute or chronic wounds.

Based on an integrated system of clinical and technical resources, the Wound Care Program at Good Shepherd offers individualized treatment plans, measurable recovery goals, and treatment teams that include patients and family members. For more information on the Good Shepherd Wound Care Program, contact us today or call 1-888-44-REHAB (24 hours a day, 365 days a year).
