Name: Nancy Smith-Bayley
Bio: Nancy Smith-Bayley, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist for Good Shepherd Physical Therapy – Souderton. Nancy has extensive experience in both pediatric and adult occupational therapy, including previously serving as director of occupational therapy and manager of the pediatric outpatient program at Good Shepherd. Nancy received her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania. She holds certifications in neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) and the DIR Model to treat children with autism.
