Bio: Amy Flynn, MS, is an exercise physiologist at Good Shepherd's Optimal Fitness center. She holds a master's of science degree in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation/exercise science from East Stroudsburg University. Prior to joining Good Shepherd, she spent 10 years working in cardiac and pulmonary testing for healthcare providers in the Pocono region. She is also a certified Zumba instructor.
