Stroke Rehabilitation

Good Shepherd's Stroke Rehabilitation Program provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services for stroke patients and their caregivers. A team of stroke specialists is directed and monitored by a physician specializing in physical and medical rehabilitation (physiatrist).

Upon admission, stroke patients and their families discuss their goals with Good Shepherd's stroke rehabilitation team. Together, they develop an individualized treatment plan to reach identified goals. All involved parties then meet on a regular basis to assess patient progress and develop continued treatment goals.
