Visitation Restrictions Will Be Lifted Beginning February 7
While flu and other viruses that cause respiratory and GI illnesses remain higher than average throughout most of the state and country, a downward trend has begun, confirmed by both the state and local laboratory sources.
As a result, Good Shepherd will be lifting visitation restrictions in place for those under 18 years of age as of February 7. To protect our patients, people with flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, body aches) should refrain from visiting until they are healthy.
Visitor Restriction Remains for Pediatric Unit
Due to the health concerns of our young patients with medically complex needs, visitors under the age of 18 will be limited to immediate family members only.
