Susan W. Lawfer PT, MPT, DPT, MDT, is the site manager for Good Shepherd Physical Therapy-Palmerton, located at 3295 Forest Inn Road in Palmerton, Pennsylvania. With eight years of clinical experience, Susan has successfully treated a wide variety of neck, back and shoulder injuries, as well as balance dysfunction. Susan received a bachelor’s degree in health science, a master’s degree in physical therapy and a doctorate degree in physical therapy, all from College Misericordia. She also has received certification in mechanical diagnosis and treatment (MDT).  

Susan’s Vision:  “My vision is to use my education and experience to facilitate the healing process.  By helping patients take an active role in their recovery, we can gain full goal achievement and help prevent recurrence of injury.”
