Cathie Dara, PT, DPT, OCS, STC, is a physical therapist and the site manager for the Performing Arts Rehabilitation Center and Good Shepherd Physical Therapy – Bethlehem. Cathie specializes in outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy in the treatment of cervical, shoulder and knee injuries and conditions.
Cathie received a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Stony Brook University and transitional doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She holds a certificate in sports therapy through the North American Sports Medicine Institute and is a certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Cathie has extensive training and experience in manual therapy and sports medicine, which has allowed her to work successfully with performing artists, recreational golfers, and high school and college athletes.

I am dedicated to performing artists, athletes, injured workers and individuals recovering from surgery or disease who want to get back to their work and their life as quickly as possible.
