Welcome to Good Shepherd Rehabilitation. Ensuring the health and safety of our patients, residents, visitors and staff is our first priority. Face masks are optional at all Good Shepherd Rehabilitation locations.

To maintain a healthy environment, we request visitors be up to date with all recommended COVID-19 vaccine doses.

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital

  • Address: 3200 Center Valley Parkway, Center Valley, PA 18034
  • Visitation hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily
  • We kindly request two to three visitors maximum at one time; the number of visitors must also be appropriate for the physical space and care activities taking place.
  • No children under 5 years old are permitted in patient rooms.
  • Exceptions may be considered for family training and other special needs and approved by the care team.

Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital

  • Address: 2545 Schoenersville Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18017 (3rd Floor)
  • Two visitors are allowed from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
  • No children under 12 years old are permitted, unless approved by patient care services leadership.
  • No visitors are allowed for patients with COVID-19, except for clergy and for patients who are at end-of-life.
  • Free parking is available in front of the Specialty Hospital entrance off Westgate Drive (rear of Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg).

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital Emily Howatt Pliskatt Pediatric Unit

  • Address: 2855 Schoenersville Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18017
  • Each patient is allowed four (4) visitors at a time.
  • All Pediatric Unit visitors must check in at the front desk.
  • Exceptions may be considered for family training and other special needs and approved by the care team.
  • Free parking is available in front of the entrance to the Pediatric Unit.

Outpatient Appointments

  • For all adult and pediatric outpatient appointments (e.g., therapy, physician services), one visitor is permitted to accompany a patient.

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation is a recognized leader in providing physical rehabilitation care. Good Shepherd’s facilities and programs and services are accredited by numerous independent agencies. These accreditations confirm that Good Shepherd provides quality care and focuses on facilitating positive patient outcomes.

The Joint Commission

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network’s inpatient and outpatient facilities are accredited by The Joint Commission, an independent, not-for-profit organization that accredits and certifies more than 15,000 health-care organizations and programs throughout the United States. It is recognized nationwide as a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to meeting certain performance standards.

CARF

Fulfilling our promise of quality, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital overachieves with six programs accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). CARF accreditation is the gold standard for quality in rehabilitation care.

Pennsylvania Department of Health

All of Good Shepherd’s health-care divisions are fully licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, which verifies compliance with state and federal health and safety standards.

National MS Society

The National MS Society has designated Good Shepherd and our partners at Lehigh Neurology as a Comprehensive Care Center for the treatment of multiple sclerosis.

Good Shepherd’s South Allentown Campus 

Our South Allentown campus is at 850 S. 5th St., Allentown, PA 18103, and includes:

If you are visiting our South Allentown campus, our free parking deck is located on South 5th Street. A covered pedestrian bridge connects the third level with the Hyland Center for Health & Technology.

Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital

Free parking is available in front of the Specialty Hospital entrance off Westgate Drive (rear of Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg) at 2545 Schoenersville Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017.

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital Pediatric Unit

Free parking is available in front of the entrance to the Pediatric Unit, 2855 Schoenersville Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18017.

Good Shepherd Home – Bethlehem

Free parking is available in front of the entrance to Good Shepherd Home – Bethlehem, 2855 Schoenersville Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18017.


Dining Services

Various dining options are available for Good Shepherd’s patients, families and visitors.

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital
Patients at the Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital are offered diverse dining options. Menus are posted daily on the units, and special menus (e.g., soft menus) are available upon request.

Patient meal service is provided at the following times:

  • 8 – 8:45 a.m.: Breakfast
  • 12:15 – 1 p.m.: Lunch
  • 5:30 p.m.: Dinner

Rehabilitation Hospital Cafeteria – Operating Hours (Weekdays)

  • 7:30 a.m: Coffee
  • 8 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.: Breakfast
  • 11:15 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Lunch
  • Grill closes at 2 p.m.
  • Up for Grabs & Chef Fresh Items are available until 4 p.m.

Rehabilitation Hospital Cafeteria – Operating Hours (Weekends and Holidays)

  • 10 a.m – 2 p.m.
