Good Shepherd Home Announces New Trustee

Robert E. GadomskiAllentown—The Good Shepherd Home Board of Trustees, the governing board for Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, recently announced the addition of Robert E. Gadomski to the Board. Gadomski was named to the Board of Trustees by the Northeastern Pennsylvania Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

Gadomski is the founder and managing director of Napowan Associates, LLC, which provides consulting services in business development and best practice implementation. He retired from Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., in 2004, after a 34-year career, serving as Executive Vice-President for many years. In 2006 he was the Halsey Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of Virginia. He completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School and is a graduate of Purdue University with a master’s degree in industrial administration from the Krannert School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. In 2000, Gadomski was awarded an honorary doctorate of engineering degree by Purdue University.

Gadomski has been an active member of numerous professional and community organizations including the boards of the Boy Scouts of America, the Historic Bethlehem Partnership, and the International Oxygen Manufacturer’s Association. Bob currently serves on the boards of The Lehigh Valley Community Foundation, Reeb Millwork, and Quality Distribution. He and his wife, Susan, reside in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and Beaver Creek, Colorado.
