VIA: Northeast Extension of PA Turnpike (Rt. 476)

DIRECTIONS:

• Take the Lehigh Valley Interchange (Exit 56).
• After paying toll, make the first right onto Rt. 22 East.
• Travel approximately 4 miles and take the MacArthur Road (PA-145 North) Exit.
• Follow MacArthur Road (PA-145 North) 8.3 miles.
• Stay on PA-145 North another 5 miles.
• Make a left onto PA-248 West and travel approximately 1.5 miles.
• Make a right turn onto the Delaware Ave./Palmerton off-ramp.
• Travel 1.8 miles through the town of Palmerton.
• Once you have gone through town, make a left onto Forest Inn Road.
• Follow Forest Inn Road 1 mile.
• Good Shepherd Physical Therapy—Palmerton is located in a shopping center on your right.

DIRECTIONS*:

• Take the MacArthur Road (PA-145 North) Exit.
• Follow MacArthur Road (PA-145 North) 8.3 miles.
• Stay on PA-145 North another 5 miles.
• Make a left onto PA-248 West and travel approximately 1.5 miles.
• Make a right turn onto the Delaware Ave./Palmerton off-ramp.

• Travel approximately 2 miles and take the MacArthur Road (PA-145 North) Exit.
• Follow MacArthur Road (PA-145 North) 8.3 miles.
• Stay on PA-145 North another 5 miles.
• Make a left onto PA-248 West and travel approximately 1.5 miles.

• Take the US-209 South toward Snydersville Exit off of I-80 (Exit 304).
• Travel 6.6 miles and take the US-209 South Exit toward Lehighton.
• Travel 16.8 miles. US-209 will become Forest Inn Road. Follow this road another 3.1 miles.
