DIRECTIONS:
- Take the Lehigh Valley Interchange (Exit 56).
- After paying toll, make the first right onto Rt. 22 East.
- Make the next right (about 100 yards) onto Rt. 309 South. This road will become I-78 East in about 2 miles.
- Take the Hamilton Blvd./Rt. 222 South Exit (Exit 54 toward Trexlertown/Reading).
- Follow Rt. 222 South approximately 12 miles and take the right exit ramp toward Kutztown (you will now be on Main Street).
- At the third traffic light, turn left onto Noble Street.
- At the first stop sign make a right onto Normal Avenue.
- Go through one stop sign. Good Shepherd Physical Therapy—Kutztown is on the right, halfway up the block. The facility is located on the first floor of a medical building.

- East of the Lehigh Valley (Central or Northern New Jersey, New York City)
- West of the Lehigh Valley (Harrisburg, Kutztown)

- Take the Hamilton Blvd./Rt. 222 South Exit (Exit 54 toward Trexlertown/Reading). (Those coming from Bethlehem, Easton, or points east will travel west on I-78.)
- Follow Rt. 222 South approximately 12 miles and take the right exit ramp toward Kutztown (you will now be on Main Street).
- At the third traffic light, turn left onto Noble Street.
- At the first stop sign make a right onto Normal Avenue.
