Good Shepherd Home BethlehemAn inpatient facility for residents 12 years old or older, Good Shepherd Home—Bethlehem provides persons with physical disabilities with intermediate, heavy, or skilled nursing care. Good Shepherd Home—Bethlehem is a 60-bed resource open to patients with primary diagnoses including, but not limited to, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, quadriplegia, or Multiple Sclerosis. Residents may be referred by a physician, insurance company, discharge planner/social worker, home health agency, family member, or self-referral.

  • 24-hour rehabilitative and restorative nursing care
  • Daily occupational therapy activities
  • Pastoral care including linkage with outside congregations, weekly ecumenical worship, and religious education program
  • Physical therapy services designed to improve physical function as related to independence, comfort, and well-being
  • Social work service
  • Speech and language therapy
  • Recreational therapy designed to provide residents with a well-rounded lifestyle
